Overview
The HR Generalist coordinates recruitment, employment processing, employment verification, tracks required credentials via primary source verification, assists with onboarding and new hire orientation, verifies and approves HRIS changes, assists with termination process, performs tasks to ensure compliace with CMS/TJC and another regulatory body and is available and assists with all facility functions. The HR Generalist also performs general clerical duties such as answering the phone, sorts/distributes mail and maintaining an organized filing system.
Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred
Experience: Previous HR experience or previous hospital support service experience required; working knowledge of computer systems and phone systems required
