POSITION SUMMARY
- At East Alabama Medical Center, the HR DB Coordinator will assist to ensure the integrity and reliability of the organization’s HRIS. The position will work with the HRIS Systems Architect to make sure applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the HR department. The position is responsible for assisting in solving HR/Benefits/Payroll related system issues. The position also helps maintain system setup for HR/Benefits/Payroll. This role identifies, analyzes and interprets trends in complex HR/Benefits data sets to uncover areas of opportunity to assist HR and Management to follow organizational policies and procedures.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education
  - Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration or other related field
- Minimum Experience
  - Healthcare or business setting experience in systems analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Required Registration/License/Certification
  - n/a
- Preferred Education
  - Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or any other related field
- Preferred Experience
  - 2 years of data analysis experience with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and previous experience with INFOR-Lawson, Kronos Workforce Central/Dimensions, or any Labor Productivity system
