Proven global talent acquisition leadership: Demonstrated senior leadership-level, hands-on leadership skills in talent acquisition and workforce planning, with deep expertise in recruiting best practices and strong knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations across multiple regions.
Strategic advisor and change agent: Strong internal consulting skills with the ability to proactively influence stakeholders at all levels and champion creative organizational change, including a willingness to take prudent risks to drive innovation.
Global mindset and cross-cultural competence: Effective at leading and communicating in a geographically dispersed, culturally diverse environment; able to adapt approach to different regions and cultures.

Qualifications:Candidate must have previous working experience leading and managing a successful and progressive dispersed recruiting/talent acquisition team and function.
