What you'll do:
Coordinates and processes company-wide payroll while adhering to the applicable local, state, and federal employment lawsAct as Subject Matter Expert for HCM data, system configuration, business process configuration and reportingManages the employee and manager self-service featuresProcesses status changes and updates ADP systemWorks with ADP representative to understand analytics within ADP systemMaintains employee benefit files and other record keepingADP cloud document configuration and managementProvides support to plant HR personnel on benefit/payroll functionsProcesses open enrollment benefit plan transfers. Provides support to online benefit administration for plant employeesWorks with ADP representative to respond to notifications from state agency regarding unemployment claims filed by former employeesWorks with ADP representative to issue annual individual summary of benefits to employeesServes as an administrator for Certify. Works with accounting to reconcile payroll expensesWorks with ADP representative to troubleshoot clock issues dealing time and attendanceWhat you'll need
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with at least 3-5 years of experience in positions related to HRIS, payroll, ITMinimum of four years’ experience using payroll software and processing payroll is requiredADP Workforce Now experience is required – a minimum 3 years of configuration and payroll processing experience. A combination of similar system experience may be substitutedStrong attention to detail, accuracy and organizationStrong computer and database skillsAdvance knowledge of Microsoft ProductsKnowledge of corporate policies and complianceDemonstrated prior success in achieving results using team driven philosophiesDemonstrated proficiency in supporting corporate interest to remote site locations and ability to communicate and exercise very positive people skillWhat we offer
