The Talent Acquisition Specialist drives daily recruitment operations by managing candidate screening, scheduling, and administrative processes to deliver a seamless experience for applicants and hiring managers. • Process Optimization & Automation: Identify workflow bottlenecks in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), recommend automated solutions, and support projects that enhance TA efficiency.

• Onboarding & Pre-Boarding Coordination: Facilitate offer letters, background checks, license verification, and credentialing workflows in collaboration with the onboarding team.

Education:

• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field or experience; Bachelor's degree preferred. 

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, human resources, or administrative support functions.  

• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
