*Contract Recruitment Sourcer*

*West Chester, PA*

*Responsibilities*

* Source qualified candidates for high-volume openings across multiple positions
* Screen applicants and conduct initial phone interviews
* Partner with recruiters to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
* Review resumes and identify candidates who meet hiring requirements
* Coordinate candidate communication throughout the recruiting process
* Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system
* Support hiring initiatives while managing multiple requisitions simultaneously

*Qualifications*

* Previous recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience required
* Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments strongly preferred
* Strong resume screening and candidate evaluation skills
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities
* Ability to prioritize multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office

Pay: $26.82 - $30.00 per hour
