You'll also find Encore doctors mentoring new graduates, welcoming externs, participating with veterinary schools and professional organizations and helping support the next generation of veterinary professionals. Compensation
Compensation varies based on the specific opportunity, location, experience, credentials, schedule and practice needs. Current opportunities within the Encore network generally range from $100,000-$180,000 annually.
