HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE of Employee Culture Partner II HR Business Partner?

• You will serve as a business partner to assigned programs and leaders, providing employee relations expertise, policy interpretation, culture program execution, and workforce insights that support organizational effectiveness.
• You will manage employee relations matters, conduct workplace investigations, facilitate corrective actions, support termination decisions, and execute employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
• You will partner closely with leaders to strengthen workplace culture, mitigate employee relations risk, improve employee experience, and drive informed decision-making through reporting and analysis.

• Policy Interpretation & Compliance

• Reporting & Workforce Insights

• Ancillary Support Functions

• Leadership Partnership & Employee Support

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

Education/Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, Psychology, or similar field preferred. 3 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.  

• High School Diploma or GED certificate required. 5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.  

• SHRM-CP, PHR certification required or able to obtain certification within 1 year from starting position 

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish preferred  

• Valid Driver’s License in good standing meeting company policy and proof of insurance. 

Other Requirements 

• Experience and commitment to working with multiethnic, multicultural, low-income populations 

• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills 

• Demonstrated interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills 

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, especially Microsoft teams) 

• Excellent documentation skills 

• Proven ability to follow up and meet deadlines 

• Excellent initiative, flexibility, and stress-management in handling sensitive matters 

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and delegate to balance many responsibilities
