REGIONAL RECRUITER POSITION SUMMARYThis will be an in-office position located at the Regional Office in Topeka, Kansas. The recruiter post positions, updates management, fills open positions by screening and setting up interviews, performs general administrative office assignments, and functions as a communication link to and within the healthcare unit as appropriate. They will work alongside the HR corporate team. This position will also be involved with HR responsibilities including but not limited to providing Human Resource Generalist support to all company personnel. This includes administration of all human resources activities in compliance with company policy, standards of performance, and legal requirements.REGIONAL RECRUITER REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree in HR, Business Admin, or relevant fieldHR experience in recruiting, onboarding, understanding of MA state policiesExperience in human services or healthcare will be considered in lieu of HR or recruitment experienceExpert in Microsoft 365Expert in ExcelStrong grammatically correct and polite written and verbal communication skills
REGIONAL RECRUITER PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of ADP and IndeedPrevious work or understanding of corrections, prisons or jails
