Ability to interpret and explain laws, rules, policies and regulations. Knowledge of personnel programs and processes including Workday, Kronos, Web Extender, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports. Ability to interpret and analyze informational needs and provide advice and guidance in HR- related matters. Ability to interact with all staff levels in a professional manner. Ability to show considerable discretion regarding sensitive and/or confidential information. Must be able to manage a high volume of work with accuracy and a keen sense of urgency.

The University of Mississippi Medical Center, located in Jackson, is the state’s only academic medical center.
