Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH)  is hiring a Recruiter to join our Human Resources Department in Bolivar, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

What Your Day Looks Like: The Human Resources department serves as a resource for the organization as we seek to find the best talent for our organization. This includes sourcing candidates through online platforms, career expos, and community events. 

As a Recruiter in Human Resources, you will be:

• Overseeing applicant flow to ensure candidates are reviewed, contacted, and advanced quickly.
• Designing fast, frictionless hiring journeys that keep candidates engaged and excited about joining the organization.
• Optimizing candidate platforms to ensure clean data, fast movement, and high manager satisfaction.
• Collaborating with onboarding teams to ensure new hires feel supported from day one.
• Presenting weekly recruitment dashboards to leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Highlighting wins, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve hiring velocity and candidate quality.
• Participating in career fairs, school visits, and community hiring events to connect with potential candidates and represent the organization professionally.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field

Experience: 2 Years of Recruiting or HR experience preferred

Skills: Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving, and adaptability

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
