Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Human Resources Representative to join our Human Resources Department in Bolivar, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Position Details

• Work Shift: Days
• Hours: 8:30 am-5 pm

What Your Day Looks Like: The Human Resources Department serves as a resource for the organization as we seek to find the best talent for our organization. This includes sourcing candidates through online platforms, career expos, and community events.

As a Human Resources Representative, you will be:

• Managing high-volume employee and new hire transactions, reports, and administrative processes.
• Coordinating identification badge creation, access requests, referral bonus processing, and onboarding support activities.
• Supporting employees, supervisors, applicants, and visitors through responsive customer service and problem resolution.
• Tracking referral bonus reports and compliance-related documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintaining organized employee records, filing systems, and confidential HR documentation while balancing multiple competing priorities.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's preferred

Experience: At least 2 years of customer service experience in a receptionist role or HR experience preferred

Skills: Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving, and adaptability. This is a fun, fast-paced, and high-volume position!

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
