SUMMARY
The Senior Human Resources Representative provides comprehensive human resources support and guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers across the organization. This position serves as a knowledgeable resource for employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, HR policies and procedures, compliance, and employee engagement. The Senior Human Resources Representative works collaboratively with management and the Human Resources team to address employee needs, resolve workplace concerns, and ensure consistent and effective application of HR practices.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibility. However, the Senior Human Resources Representative provides functional guidance, coaching, and support to employees, supervisors, and managers regarding human resources policies, procedures, employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related matters. The position may also provide training and guidance to HR team members and coordinate HR projects or initiatives as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of five years of progressive human resources experience. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Experience in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, HR policy administration, and employment compliance is strongly preferred. Experience working with HRIS systems and maintaining confidential employee records is also preferred. Previous experience in healthcare preferred
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Professional certification in Human Resources is preferred, such as SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources). Other relevant HR, employment law, organizational development, or leadership certifications may also be considered.
