Salary: $42,000 - $54,000 per year
Job Description
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting team with scheduling, candidate communications, and ATS management. This role involves handling candidate personal information and confidential hiring data. A background check is required before starting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones and hiring teams
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process professionally
- Post and update job listings across multiple platforms and job boards
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Support onboarding coordination for newly hired employees
- Prepare weekly recruiting activity reports for the talent acquisition team
Requirements
- High school diploma required; degree preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple scheduling tasks simultaneously
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- No prior talent acquisition experience required — training provided
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
