The Human Resource Lead Specialist supports and leads day-to-day human resources operations and initiatives in alignment with Milemarkers Therapy’s policies, compliance requirements, and workforce needs. This role serves as a senior HR resource, providing guidance to managers and employees, supporting consistent application of HR practices, and assisting with the development and maintenance of effective HR systems and processes. The Human Resource Lead Specialist operates with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and accountability within a healthcare clinic environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
HR Operations & Policy Support
- Support the implementation, administration, and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity.
- Assist with internal controls, audits, and compliance documentation as needed.
- Support maintenance of HR systems, access controls, and employee assignments.
Employee Relations & Manager Support
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, corrective action, and workplace concerns.
- Assist with investigations, documentation, and follow-up under the direction of HR leadership.
- Support a respectful, compliant, and well-documented employee relations process.
Talent Management & Workforce Processes
- Lead and support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure consistent and compliant employee experiences.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives aligned with organizational and compliance needs.
- Assist with workforce planning activities and HR process improvements.
Payroll, Benefits & Administrative Coordination
- Support accurate payroll processing by maintaining timely and accurate employee data.
- Assist with compensation and benefits administration, including enrollment support and periodic market analysis.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR processes, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
Strategic Initiatives & Projects
- Contribute to HR initiatives related to engagement, retention, culture, and compliance.
- Support HR-led projects such as surveys, audits, reporting, and process optimization.
- Assist in the execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Compensation details: 65000-80000 Yearly Salary
