About the role
- CBH Medical is seeking a versatile, tech-savvy Office Generalist to support our team. The role will initially begin in the payroll department, and duties will include a mix of payroll, data entry, and cross-departmental administrative tasks. In this role, you'll be working with our team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in our HRIS Rippling.

Initial Job Expectations
- Enter, verify, and maintain data across payroll, claims, and HR systems (primarily Rippling)
- Assist with full payroll cycle, including timecard review, adjustments, and reporting
- Process data entry for claims, ensuring accuracy and timelines
- Support HR, recruiting, and other departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain organized digital records and help streamline office workflows
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and process improvements
- Travel as needed; perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1-2 years of experience in data entry, payroll support, office administration, or a related role
- Strong computer literacy and comfortable learning new software quickly
- Rippling HRIS/payroll experience is a significant plus factor
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when handling numbers and sensitive data
- Ability to multitask and communicate clearly with people across departments
- Must be able to work on-site at our corporate office
