POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Coordinator supports the daily administration of Human Resources programs and initiatives across multiple company divisions. This position assists with benefits administration, compliance activities, employee support, onboarding and offboarding, HR systems administration, training initiatives, and various HR projects.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, service-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Benefits Administration
Assist with annual open enrollment activities and employee benefits administration.Support employee education regarding health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs.Respond to employee questions related to benefits and eligibility.Coordinate with insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party vendors as needed.Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation.Human Resources Compliance
Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Assist with internal audits and compliance reviews.Maintain employee records in accordance with legal and company requirements.Assist with policy development, updates, and employee communications.Support compliance initiatives related to onboarding, recordkeeping, training, and employment practices.Employee Lifecycle Administration
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.Coordinate employee paperwork, documentation, and system setup.Maintain employee data within HRIS and related systems.Prepare employment-related correspondence and HR documentation.Support employee status changes and personnel transactions.Employee Support
Serve as a resource for employee questions and HR-related inquiries.Provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers across multiple locations.Assist with employee communications, announcements, and engagement initiatives.Support employee relations activities as assigned.HR Projects and Organizational Support
Assist with HR initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.Support training and development programs.Coordinate meetings, schedules, and project deliverables.Prepare reports, metrics, and presentations as needed.Participate in cross-functional initiatives supporting organizational objectives.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, benefits administration, recruiting, payroll, employee relations, compliance, or a related field preferred.Experience supporting multiple business locations and/or a multi-state workforce strongly preferred.Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.Experience working with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), benefits administration platforms, and related HR technologies preferred.Experience with Rippling, Employee Navigator, or similar HR and benefits administration systems is a plus.Ability to travel as required to support company operations.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and/or Vietnamese preferred.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Primarily office-based work environment.Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.Ability to remain seated for extended periods.Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, data entry, and document preparation.Ability to review reports, electronic communications, and detailed documentation.Frequent verbal communication in person, by phone, and through virtual meetings.Occasional exposure to manufacturing and warehouse environments during facility visits.Ability to safely walk production floors and operational work areas.Compliance with all required safety policies and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements while onsite.Reasonable accommodations will be provided in accordance with applicable law.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
