Job Summary: Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties in connection with the functions of the Human Resources Department such as managing departmental payroll, assisting with the administration of leave of absence programs, managing HR inbox, helping ensure compliance with license and certifications, performing verifications of employment, and other duties as assigned. This position requires strong attention to detail and accuracy of transcribing data.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources and must have working knowledge of multiple HR functions like leave of absence, verifying and tracking licenses, employee relations, and recruiting. Experience in a healthcare environment is strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
