Job Description

We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist who is excited to support the full scope of HR functions in a mission-driven healthcare environment. In this role, you’ll manage daily HR operations, Leave of Absence administration, and help ensure compliance with policies and labor laws. Key Responsibilities

• Administer daily HR department functions including hiring, interviewing, and pay administration

• Enforce company policies and regulatory compliance

• Provide internal support and HR partnership to business lines and departments

• Facilitate and communicate organizational policies and programs

• Maintain knowledge of labor laws and best practices

• Manage leave of absence processes and ensure regulatory adherence

• Proficiently use HRIS, Timekeeping systems, and Microsoft Excel

Collaborative Teamwork

This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, mission-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

• At least two years of related experience in Human Resources

• Proficiency with HRIS, Timekeeping, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines

• HR certification a plus

• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations

• Understanding of Leave of Absence processes, laws, and regulations
