Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field. Five (5) years of human resources experience.
Certifications, Licenses, or Registration Required: N/A
Preferred Qualifications:
PHR or SHRM-CP certification. Experience leading human resources functions and/or large-scale projects. Human Resources experience in business partner, employee relations, and recruiting areas.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Partner with recruiters on recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes to attract top talent for clinical and non-clinical positions.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to staff and management, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation processes, provide guidance on performance improvement plans, and support managers in employee development initiatives.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and engagement.
Policy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to create and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and reporting as required.
Data Management and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess trends, inform decision-making, and prepare reports for management.
Collaboration: Work closely with department heads, HR, and stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Workforce Development: Collaborate with various stakeholders to assess workforce needs, designing programs that address skill gaps, and ensuring the successful implementation and evaluation of these initiatives.
