Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Human Resources Manager to join our team.

As Human Resources Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting hotel operations, delivering exceptional service, and helping our team achieve its operational and business goals.
Job Purpose
The Human Resources position supports the hotel's people strategy by providing responsive associate service, maintaining accurate records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and helping ensure compliance with company policies and employment requirements. This position contributes to a positive, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional and timely support to associates and leaders on HR-related matters.
- Support recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and employment processes as assigned.
- Maintain accurate and confidential associate records and documentation.
- Assist with training, engagement, recognition, and associate development initiatives.
- Support performance management and employee-relations processes in partnership with leadership.
- Assist with benefits, payroll, leave, and other HR processes as applicable to the role.
- Communicate company policies and procedures clearly and consistently.
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and HR documentation as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive associate and company information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred for professional and management roles.
- Previous Human Resources, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Working knowledge of employment practices and HR processes appropriate to the role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Sit, stand, walk, and use computers for extended periods.
- Use standard office equipment, phones, and other communication tools.
- Occasionally lift or carry office supplies or materials up to 25 pounds.
