Moorestown Friends School is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead our HR function and serve as a trusted partner to the faculty and staff who make this work possible.

This is a meaningful opportunity for an experienced HR leader who enjoys both building and doing. Reporting to the Chief Financial and Operating Officer, the Director will lead the School’s HR function in an 80% FTE, year-round role. As a one-person HR office, the position combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on responsibility for employee relations, payroll administration, benefits, HR compliance, recruitment, and HR systems.

The Director will work closely with the School’s Professional Employer Organization (PEO), the Controller, and School leaders to deliver a responsive, credible, and approachable HR function.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who also enjoys managing details, solving problems, and carrying work through from start to finish. The salary range for this 80% FTE position is $84,000 – $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is equivalent to a full-time salary range of $105,000 – $130,000.
